# How to send an email from Swarmica so that everyone can see who is in the copy?
# Symptoms

It is necessary to send responses from Swarmica so that all recipients can see who is in the CC copy, and so that the responder also replies to everyone who is in the copy. However, when sending an email, recipients do not see who else is in the copy and respond only to the sender.

# Solution

We have prepared an example of a setting so that the addresses specified in the copy are shown in the email as a list. The result will look like this:

The text identifying people in the copy can be replaced with any other. For configuration:

1. Go to **Settings — Email Template Settings — Any Reply Added to My Ticket**.
2. In the `{% block header %}` block, add the code:
    ```plain
    {% if ticket.cc.exists() %}
      Notification sent {% for ccu in ticket.cc.all() %}{{ccu.email}}, {% endfor %}
     {% endif %}
    ```
    In the template itself, the header block will look like this: ![](https://support.swarmica.com/attachments/u/U/uUCgppx6euG28Y0n_tc/OTQ3MzA0LjUxNTQ4MzI3NDUxNzg2MDA0MTAxMDE5.png)

Similarly, clients receive notifications using the **My Reply Added** and **My Ticket Created** templates. These templates need to be edited according to the same principle.

# Cause

Swarmica has a specific operating logic that does not allow sending emails indicating all recipients in the copy. When an agent leaves a comment on a ticket, the system sends personal notifications to each participant in the correspondence separately.

This operating logic is implemented intentionally since Swarmica is a helpdesk system, not an email client. Sending personal notifications to each participant in the correspondence ensures ease of understanding and guarantees the preservation of participants' personal data, preventing unauthorized collection of contacts.
