# Ticket status does not update and comments do not come
# Symptoms

When someone else writes to the ticket, their response is not visible until the page is refreshed.

All other changes made by others are not visible until the page is refreshed.

Browser Console shows connection errors:

`Websocket connection to wss://my_swarmica_instance failed:`

`code=1086 reason="dismount" wasClean=false`

HAProxy version 2.4 or newer is used as a load balancer in front of Swarmica

# Solution

Set the timeout for tunnel connections to 30 minutes or higher to prevent the connection from being dropped:

# Cause

By default, the connection timeout for websocket tunneling is calculated dynamically by HAProxy, and this value is insufficient for stable operation of websockets
