# Setting up default notifications for new users
# Symptoms

It is necessary to enable or disable a notification part for all new users. How to do it?

# Solution

To enable or disable the default notification for **new** users:

1. Go to **Settings - Email Template Settings** and select the one you are interested in.

2. Select the list of roles to which the template is applied:

3. Enable or disable the **Default** checkbox and **Save** changes:
