# Symptoms

You enter the help center and want a holiday. What to do?

# Solution

It is important to maintain the festive mood even in little things, so let's decorate our knowledge base!

1. Go to **Settings > Basic Settings > Brand Management** and select your active brand
2. In the **Theme Styles** section, add the following content at the end, <u>after what is already there</u>:
```css
.xmas-snowflakes {
    position: fixed;
    top: 0;
    left: 0;
    width: 100%;
    height: 100%;
    pointer-events: none;
    z-index: 100;
}
.xmas-snowflake {
    position: absolute;
    top: -50px;
    color: #87CEEB;
    font-size: 1.5em;
    opacity: 0.8;
    text-shadow: 0 0 5px rgba(135, 206, 235, 0.5);
    animation-name: fall;
    animation-timing-function: linear;
    animation-iteration-count: infinite;
}
...
```
3. In the **Public Knowledge Base Portal Styles > Header** section, insert <u>before</u> the existing content:
```html
<div class="xmas-garland">
    <div class="xmas-light"></div>
    ...
</div>
```
4. In the **Public Knowledge Base Portal Styles > Footer** section, insert <u>after</u> the existing content:
```html
<div class="xmas-snowflakes">
        <div class="xmas-snowflake"></div>
        ...
</div>
```
5. Save the changes
