#151: Client Management

A client is a basic user entity with a selected client role. Essentially, a client is a user account with a unique email address.

A client can register in the system in various ways:

• Independently through the registration form.
• Created directly by the administrator or through an invitation.
• When logging in through a single sign-on system (SSO).
• When integrating Swarmica with a custom CRM system.
• When migrating from another helpdesk system.

Client Card

To access the client's properties, go to Clients - Users -Client's Name or Email.

The card contains several blocks of information about the client, their requests, communication methods, etc.
