# How to compose notification text from Swarmica to external systems
# Instructions

In Swarmica, using parameters passed with the corresponding event is supported in the notification text. A detailed description of the parameters passed in the corresponding events can be found in this [article](https://support.swarmica.com/article/ru/1605-opisanie-obuektov-i-parametrov-dlya-triggerov.html).

Frequently used parameters:

`{{ event.ticket.id }}` - Ticket ID
`{{ event.ticket.priority }}` - Ticket priority
`{{ event.ticket.status }}` - Ticket status
`{{ event.ticket.subject }}` - Ticket name
`{{ event.ticket.requester.name }}` - Requester's name
`{{ event.ticket.requester.organization.name }}` - Name of the requester's organization

Example of a message template:

```json
"{{ event.ticket.requester.name }} ({{ event.ticket.requester.organization.name if event.ticket.requester.organization else "None"}}) A new ticket was created: [#{{event.ticket.id}}: {{ event.ticket.subject }}](https://<SWARMICA_HOSTNAME>/tickets/{{event.ticket.id}})"
```

Suppose a user named Ivan from the organization Firma created a ticket with ID 1234 and the subject 'New ticket,' then:

the construct `{{ event.ticket.requester.name }} ({{ event.ticket.requester.organization.name if event.ticket.requester.organization else "None"}})` is converted into 'Ivan (Firma)' in the mustache template, if the requester has no organization, then it becomes 'Ivan (None)'.

the construct `[#{{event.ticket.id}}: {{ event.ticket.subject }}](https://<SWARMICA_HOSTNAME>/tickets/{{event.ticket.id}})` is converted into a link to the created ticket. Here, it is necessary to specify the correct `<SWARMICA_HOSTNAME>` for the corresponding Swarmica installation.
