# How to disable the navigation menu in the knowledge base
# Symptoms

Is it possible to disable the sidebar for category and article navigation in the help center (knowledge base)?

# Solution

To disable it, go to **Settings - Brand Management**, select the desired brand, and add the following lines to **CSS Styles**:

```css
.helpcenter-category-sidebar {
  display: none;
}
```
