## Reporting period

First, choose the period. You can choose the period from the presented options or an arbitrary one.

### Ready-made report period options

**This week**: reports from the nearest past Monday to today.
**Last week**: reports from Monday to Sunday of the last completed calendar week.
**This month**: reports from the first day of the current calendar month to today.
**Last month**: reports from the first to the last day of the past completed calendar month.
**Last 12 months**: reports for 12 months, ending with the last completed month.
**Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4**: reports for the first, second, third, and fourth quarters of the specified years, respectively.
**Calendar current year**: reports from January to the last completed month.
**Calendar last year**: reports from January to December of the last year.

### Choosing an arbitrary period

To choose an arbitrary period, first select the initial year and month using the downward triangular arrows near these parameters (1), or the left triangular arrows (2) and right (3):

After that, using the same arrows, choose the end date of the reporting period. All dates within the period you have chosen will be colored blue:

## Reporting scale

The reporting scale setting is located at the bottom left in the settings window:

![](https://support.swarmica.com/attachments/0/U/0UlQkAifUmv_jIoB_a/image.png)

The scale allows you to adjust the period in the columns of diagrams and points of graphs.

> If the scale has only the "days" option, this means that the report period is less than 1 week.
> If there are "days" and "weeks" options, but no "month" option, this means the report period is less than 1 month.

**Days**: in reports, each column/point corresponds to a specific date:

![](https://support.swarmica.com/attachments/a/M/aM4Q_USrVn4EbxQA_a/image.png)**Weeks**: in reports, each column/point corresponds to one calendar week, starting from the nearest Monday preceding or equal to the first date of the report. Under the columns, the start date of the respective week is indicated:

**Months**: in reports, each column/point corresponds to one calendar month, from the first to the last day, starting with the first full month that includes the start of the period, and ending with the last full month that ended before the last date of the reporting period, or on the last date of the reporting period if it is the last day of the month.

In the example below, we set the period from 03.05.24 to 9.06.24 with the "Month" scale. The system shows the report only for May, as May is both the first month of the reporting period and its last completed month:

# Setting filters

Product and skill filters are located in the top right corner of the page:

When applying these filters, reports related to tickets will take into account only those tickets that have the specified product, skill, and group parameters.

## Product filters

Here you can organize separate analytics for each product you support. The products themselves are added and configured on the Settings - Manage Products page. Products can be attached to a ticket on its [page](https://support.swarmica.com/article/ru/196-stranica-zayavki.html "Ticket page").

By clicking on the "Select product" filter, you can specify the product you need, as well as the version, edition, and platform of the product that interest you:

Multi-filter works, meaning you can choose multiple products or their parameters.

After completing the filter settings, click "Apply" to build the necessary reports.

With the "Reset filter" button, you can cancel the product filtering and build reports for all products.

## Skill filters

Skills are designed to distribute tickets among competent specialists, as well as to divide tickets by competencies. Skills are added and configured in the Settings - Manage Skills section, recorded in the employee's card, and selected on the ticket page.

By clicking on "Select skills", you can choose one or more skills to build reports only on those tickets that have these skills specified:

The text field will allow you to quickly find the skill you need if you have many of them. To search for a skill, start typing its name.
