Is it possible to change the standard composition and order of blocks and fields and add custom cards?

# Answer

Custom settings for main screens are available in tickets, articles, user cards, organization cards, license key cards, and activation cards. You can set the order of boxes and fields, as well as hide unnecessary ones; the settings apply to all users by default.
