# Working with search in a ticket
# Search for Articles

Each ticket, in accordance with [KCS standards](https://learn.kcsacademy.ru/ "What is KCS?"), must contain an article or several articles that cover the topics addressed in the ticket. For this purpose, there is a separate block of articles on the ticket page called **KCS Articles**. If no article has yet been attached to the ticket, the article block looks like this:

Knowledge base search can be performed either using [Neural Search](https://support.swarmica.com/article/ru/929-nejropoisk-dlya-agenta.html) or by search phrase. With standard search, the system uses the full-text PostgreSQL engine.

If a suitable article is found in the list, you can open it by clicking on the topic, and if it fits, attach it to the ticket with the **Add to Ticket** button:

1. **Neural Search** - Search through the knowledge base using a neural network. [More details](https://support.swarmica.com/article/ru/929-nejropoisk-dlya-agenta.html).
2. Available sources for search. Each source is in a separate tab.
3. **Title** of the article. By clicking on it, the article opens in the editor in a separate window.
4. An excerpt from the article where the search string match was found.
5. **Add to Ticket** - Link the ticket with this article. The article will be displayed in the widget as added:

**Show Article Text** - Expands the article to show the content. The selected state of the article (collapsed or expanded) is saved in all tickets until the local storage is cleared.
![](https://support.swarmica.com/attachments/R/M/RMO6CzdVGT82wwQb_a/image.png) - Unlink the article from the ticket. The article will not be deleted from the system, it will only be unlinked.
6. Status shows in which status the article is.
7. **Relevance** - Relevance coefficient assigned to the article by the search engine. Shows how well the article matches the search query. Articles in the list are displayed in descending order of relevance.

If the article is not found, clear the search field and create an article using the [AI Assistant](https://support.swarmica.com/article/ru/931-avtomaticheskoe-sozdanie-stati-iz-zayavki-pri-pomoshi-ii.html) (1) or [manually](https://support.swarmica.com/article/ru/205-sozdanieredaktirovanie-stati.html) (2):

# Search by Tickets

In addition to articles, the search field allows you to search by tickets that contain the requested keywords. For example, the client refers to another ticket, or there was a similar situation in it. To view, simply switch to the **Tickets** tab:

# Search by Connected Sources

If you have set up [integration](https://support.swarmica.com/article/ru/219-integraciya-s-trekerami-zadach-razrabotki.html) with a task tracker (for example, Jira, Gitlab, or Yandex Tracker), you can search for existing tasks within the application. In addition to the **Articles** and **Tickets** tabs, there will be a third tab with tasks:
