# Symptoms

Can a client set a ticket to **Solution Provided** on their own?

# Solution

A client can close their tickets when responding through the Swarmica ЛК.

To the right of the **Reply** button, there is an arrow with a menu where you can select **Reply + **Solution Provided**:

A client cannot close a ticket without responding to it. This is done on purpose to prevent accidental closures of tickets.
