# Error: Request failed with status code 502
# Symptoms

When performing any actions in Swarmica, the following error appears:

# Solution

Check/disable firewall/VPN, etc. Try connecting from another location.

Try setting longer timeouts on the load balancer.

# Cause

This error does not come from Swarmica (since the backend application does not even have such an error code), but from a proxy server, NAT, WAF gateway, VPN, etc., somewhere between the user and the Swarmica server.

It may also be related to an external load balancer and short timeouts on it.
