# Symptoms

There is a WhatsApp account. How to correctly make a user an admin?

# Solution

1.  Log in to the client's account at **Clients > Users > Phone_Number@WHATSAPP**
2.  Set the role to **Client Administrator**
3.  Set a password:

After this, the client can log in with:

**Login:** Phone_Number@WHATSAPP
**Password:** The one set for them above
