# Symptoms

*   Jira issue is Open in Swarmica, but in Jira it's closed
*   Jira issue has another status, not Open or Closed

# Resolution

1.  Click Refresh button on the issue to fetch the up-to-date status from issue tracker
2.  Custom statuses are not synced - everything is mapped to Open or Closed
