# Swarmica loading screen is constantly loading
# Symptoms

After installing Swarmica, when attempting to access the control panel, the spinner on the loading screen spins non-stop.

# Solution

1. Correct the DNS for the specified domain, or add an entry in your `/etc/hosts` file to ensure the server resolves correctly to the proper IP address.
2. If the server is behind NAT, then add the *local IP* address of the server in its own `/etc/hosts`.
3. Restart the installer script.

# Cause

The domain specified during installation does not resolve to a correct IP address, or there is an attempt to access it directly by IP. Swarmica requires a domain name to function correctly.
Access issue with the server accessing itself over HTTPS. The `curl` command, which we use to check API readiness, cannot complete, and the installer cannot finish the installation.
