# Using AI in text processing

AI options in Swarmica will help you both with formulating responses in tickets and with formulating articles. These options are displayed as bright purple icons in the response window on the [ticket page](https://support.swarmica.com/article/ru/196-ru.html) and in the [article editing window](https://support.swarmica.com/article/ru/205-ru.html): ![](https://support.swarmica.com/attachments/-/L/-LicAUQaJkLQRKvh_a/image.png)

When you hover over the icon, a tooltip appears:

These options will allow you to translate text into another language, change its tone, compress or expand it, and also correct (fix errors).

To make a change, select the text or part of it, and then apply the desired tool:

The selected text will be modified. You can further edit it if desired before sending or saving.

Let's look at these options in more detail.

![](https://support.swarmica.com/attachments/E/w/EwvlmeHzHBiUweTX_a/image.png) **Text Translation**. By default, Russian and English are enabled, but if needed, a new language can be added. To add a new language, contact Swarmica support.

You can also expand short text by adding more supporting words and expressions.
