# Zero line (ticket classifier)
With an AI provider connected, you can use the ticket classifier.

The ticket classifier allows you to automatically distribute incoming tickets among agents, taking into account their skills and workload. The classifier can be configured in the **Settings - AI Providers** section by clicking on the AI provider connected to you.

Settings are made in the 'Ticket Classifier' block:

**Training** - the training mode of the classifier. Without training, the classifier will try to determine which of the first 20 skills is suitable based on the description and title of the ticket. This mode saves tokens and is available immediately, but its accuracy is lower. With training, the classifier will be additionally trained on existing tickets that have skills assigned, and then the classification accuracy will be higher and not limited to 20 skills, but this approach spends more tokens on training and retraining.

**Accuracy** - settings for determining the accuracy of skills. The higher the accuracy, the more precisely the AI determines the correspondence of the ticket description to a specific skill, but if the description does not allow to accurately determine the skill, then none of the suitable skills may be found. Lower accuracy increases the likelihood of determining at least some skill, but with an insufficiently complete description, irrelevant skills may be suggested.

**Number of skills** - the number of AI-proposed skills that match the accuracy settings for assignment to a ticket. Leave it at 0 to assign all suitable skills.

**Status** - the current status of the classifier: enabled or disabled.
