Symptoms

When trying to open Swarmica in the browser, the user encounters the error Your token is invalid or permanent page loading. Meanwhile, the site opens without issues in other browsers.

Solution

1. Right-click anywhere on the page and select 'View code' (Inspect).
2. Select the 'Application' tab.
3. On the left, find 'Local storage' (Local Storage).
4. Select the site (https://yourhelp.yourdomain.tld) — right-click on it and choose 'Clear' (Clear).
5. Then perform a forced page refresh (force refresh) and re-enter the site.

Cause

The problem was caused by a cached old authorization token.
