Symptoms

• When trying to add a Telegram account, confirmation codes do not arrive.
• During user registration, the activation code email does not arrive; similarly, when adding a user through an invitation, the email does not arrive.
• We connected the mail via IMAP, the test message does not go out (although it reports "Successfully sent"). If you create a new user with an invitation, invitations do not reach them.

Solution

Switch the mode Email configuration to SMTP in Settings - Swarmica Settings:

Reason

The File mode was enabled to prevent 'spam' of live clients if a боевой postal mailbox is connected.

In newly installed systems, this function is enabled by default.
