How to insert templated answer?

Resolution

1. Open Reply field
2. Click Insert Template
3. Choose the necessary template and either:
   1. Click "Insert" to replace the whole comment with templated answer
   2. Or "Copy" to Paste the teamplate and amend the existing comment
