You want to track the time of occurrence of a custom event. For example, moving to another group or setting a custom field.

Solution

Let's look at the example of the 'group change' event. To solve the problem, you can use a macro that will set the time in a custom field when the group changes.

1. Create a new custom field of the 'Date and Time' type in the settings.
2. Copy the UID of the new field from the URL.
3. Go to 'Macros' in the settings and create a new one, where:

• ID of the object: {{ event.ticket.id }};
• Data:

1. In the settings, go to 'Event Actions' and create a new one, where you select the macro from step 2 as the action and enable the trigger.
