Is it possible to change the order of blocks (panels) in a ticket?
Answer
The ability to drag and collapse blocks in a ticket was added in version 5.10.
To change the position of a block, hover the cursor over its name, hold down the left mouse button and drag it:
To collapse, double-click on the header.
To return to the default view, go to your profile and Reset ticket screen settings:
