Symptoms
When checking the AI agent or running it periodically, an error occurs:
The AI provider reported a failure: Error listing tools on server Optional[https://HOST/mcp?competency=qa_evaluator]: Invalid SSE response. Status code: 403 Line: You have not enough permissions to access mcp server anonymously on folder with ID 'FOLDER_ID'
The AI provider YandexGPT is used
Solution
Recreate the service account and API token in the Yandex Console according to the instructions.
It is extremely important to select all scopes for the key in step 5
Cause
Not all necessary key scopes were added when creating the API key
