#191: Content quality
Отредактирована: сегодняContent quality is another of the main metrics of the KCS Dashboard, located in its upper central part:

Content quality is calculated as follows. The reviewer selects a sample of articles and evaluates the article according to certain parameters 'Yes' or 'No' next to each parameter. The ratio of 'Yes' parameters to the total number of ratings gives the percentage of content quality.
The percentage at the top of the hexagon corresponds to the content quality for the last completed month. This is the last column of the AQI chart, we will describe it below.
Clicking on the 'Content quality' hexagon will take you to the page with detailed metrics.

We recommend reading the article on reporting settings. The same article describes all the nuances of displaying the timeline inside each report.
AQI
AQL (Article Quality Index) is a bar chart showing the quality of articles existing in the system. Its vertical axis shows the average content quality level as a percentage, and the horizontal axis shows the time scale, configurable in [reporting settings](https://support.swarmica.com/article/ru/188-nastrojki-otchyotnosti.html ''Reporting settings article'').

The green columns show the quality of the content published within each segment of the reporting period. Hovering over such a column allows you to see the exact quality index in a particular reporting period:

The blue line is the target level of content quality to strive for. The target quality index can be edited in the Settings - Target metric values section.
Content quality statistics
Next to the content quality chart is a block with statistics:

Current AQI - the quality index of all articles existing in the system today.
AQI goal - the target quality index value set in the Settings - Target metric values section.
Current sample size - the percentage of assessed articles to the total number of articles for the last month.
Sample size goal - the percentage of articles that need to be checked weekly relative to the total number of published articles per week. The sample size goal is set in the Settings - Target metric values section with the 'Content quality: target sample size' parameter.
Target metric values can be quickly changed by clicking on the edit icon to the right of the value in the statistics block:

Number of reviewers - the number of employees with the 'Reviewer' role. You can add an employee's role as a 'Reviewer' in the Settings - Manage employees section, with a switch next to the employee's name:

Weekly number of articles for review - the average number of articles per week within the reporting period, in accordance with the configured sample size goal. For example, if an average of 100 articles were published per week and the sample size goal is 15%, then the number of articles for review would be 15.
Content quality check metrics
In the lower part of the 'Content quality' page, there are four blocks with the main important metrics for checking the quality of articles.

Reviewers - the number of employees with the 'Reviewer' role. You can add an employee's role as a 'Reviewer' in the Settings - Manage employees section. You can quickly go to this section by clicking on the 'Reviewers' link in this block.

Total to be reviewed - the number of articles selected for review in the reporting period.
Remaining to be reviewed - the number of unchecked articles from the previous point.
Review progress - the percentage ratio of unchecked articles to the total number of articles selected for review in the reporting period.
