Can a client set a ticket to Solution Provided on their own?
Solution
A client can close their tickets when responding through the Swarmica ЛК.
To the right of the Reply button, there is an arrow with a menu where you can select **Reply + Solution Provided:
A client cannot close a ticket without responding to it. This is done on purpose to prevent accidental closures of tickets.
