#302: Managing accuracy criteria of linkage

Отредактирована: сегодня

Accuracy of linkage means the relevance and quality of articles linked to requests. This is part of the KCS method work. Article-request links are sent for verification to assigned verifiers, who assess the links based on various criteria, and their scores for each criterion are combined into an accuracy index of linkage as a percentage.

In the sections Quality Control of Content and Accuracy of Linkage, changing the set of criteria is highly not recommended, as they are defined by the KCS methodology, and their implementation affects the correctness of the methodology implementation. However, you can add criteria based on the specifics of the supported products and processes in your company.

This is what the linkage accuracy verifier's page looks like:

By clicking on the criterion, its description opens:

These criteria can be managed in the Settings - Accuracy Criteria of Linkage section.

To add a new criterion, click Create new in the upper right corner.

The criterion addition window will open:

Enter its name and description and click Save.

To edit a criterion, click pencil to the right of it in the 'Edit' column.

To delete a criterion, click bin to the right of it in the 'Delete' column.
