In which fields does the search (quick search) look in the field: "Start typing to search"?

Solution

The search in filters is not really a search. It is an additional 'quick' filter in the filter that filters requests by the following fields:

• 'id' - request number;
• 'ext_id' - additional request number;
• 'subject' - request subject;
• 'assignee__name' - name of the responsible;
• 'requester__name' - client's name;
• 'organization__name' - organization name;
• 'custom_fields__data__value' - value of additional fields.
