On the ticket page, you can enable an option that will help you keep track of the net time spent on the ticket.
General principle of working with labor costs is as follows. At the beginning of working on the ticket, the person in charge specifies the estimated time required. Then everyone involved in working on the ticket adds their labor costs step by step. In the 'Labor costs' block, the estimate (forecast) and the total amount of time spent are visible.

Estimate is the expected number of days, hours, and minutes that are projected to be spent on working on the ticket.
Labor costs are the actual time spent.
To add or change the estimate of time required, click on the pencil
in the right part of the 'Estimate' row. The estimate is added in the DD HH:MM format.
