Symptoms

• Jira issue is Open in Swarmica, but in Jira it's closed
• Jira issue has another status, not Open or Closed

Resolution

1. Click Refresh button on the issue to fetch the up-to-date status from issue tracker
2. Custom statuses are not synced - everything is mapped to Open or Closed
