#797: Telegram container in eternal restart

Symptoms

The Telegram container is in a state of eternal restart. There is no useful information in the logs, only messages about PostgreSQL availability and Telegram bot startup:

telegram-1  | PostgreSQL is available
telegram-1  | Starting the Telegram bot...

Solution

To solve the problem, it is necessary to add at least one Telegram bot to the system. After that, the Telegram container will stop restarting.

If the functionality of Telegram bots is not used, the container can be stopped.

Cause

The Telegram container is in an eternal restart due to the absence of Telegram bots in the system. This is done on purpose so that when adding a bot, there is no need to restart the system.
