The Swarmica team diagnoses its part of the exchange: settings, API and webhook calls, event logs, and data processing within the product. The client or the external system provider is responsible for its availability, permissions, network rules, and changes to its interface.

At the interface between systems, the parties jointly identify the source of the failure and exchange technical data. It is useful to document specific responsibility zones when designing the integration.
