Is it possible to customize Swarmica for our needs and is there a product roadmap?

Answer

Most of the adaptation is done through settings: custom fields and forms, layout of blocks, automations, scripts, web widgets, API, and webhooks. If a scenario cannot be implemented with the available mechanisms, we evaluate product customization or a separate project work.

The request for customization is considered through the business scenario and the expected result. Repeating needs of several clients may be included in the product development priorities. You can discuss current plans and the status of a specific request with a Swarmica representative.
