How is the situation with Telegram currently? Is any proxy server used to maintain stable operation of the bot?

We supply a turnkey solution. Network configuration (including the ability to connect to the Telegram API) is managed by the client. Accordingly, depending on the chosen data center, corporate network settings, routing, and routes, configurations may be used in which the Telegram API may be available.

We can provide general recommendations for proper network configuration, but the final choice and settings remain with the client.
