For the implementation project, a responsible coordinator is appointed who manages the work plan, coordinates participants, controls dependencies, and organizes acceptance. After the industrial launch, requests are handled by technical support in accordance with the tariff and agreement. A permanent dedicated support manager can be provided by separate terms of the corporate project.
