Can the paid period start from the date of commercial launch rather than the installation date?
Answer
This can be stipulated in the corporate agreement if the date of commercial launch and the conditions for its determination are agreed upon in advance. By default, the license start date is not automatically adjusted due to project delays, so it must be fixed before invoicing and license issuance.
