Changes to the external CRM, personal account, mobile app, or infrastructure are usually made by the client's team. Swarmica provides API, documentation, examples, consultations, and helps to configure and diagnose its side of the exchange.

If a change to the product itself or a complex script within Swarmica is required, the team can estimate such work separately. The deadline and cost are determined after agreeing on the technical scenario.
