When installed in a client's infrastructure, the main data is stored in their PostgreSQL and file storage or volumes, and backups are under the client's control. Only the data specified by the configured integrations is transmitted to external systems and AI providers. When connecting a local model, processing can remain within the corporate network. Sensitive data that requires additional protection is stored in encrypted form (encryption-at-rest), and all data is transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS 1.3) connection.

The exact retention periods, deletion procedures, backup, logging, and application of encryption are determined by the client's architecture and policies. These parameters are set during the design and review of information security.
