#201: The 'Articles' section. List of articles
Отредактирована: сегодняFrom the left menu, you can access the 'Articles' section with a complete list of all articles existing in the system. It is possible to quickly find the desired article, check articles that need to be verified, and carry out other work with articles.

At the top of the list of articles is a filter by status and ownership of articles to quickly display the desired list. There is a brief definition next to each filter:

In this article, the default filters and columns are shown. You can change the way filters work, create and configure new filters, as well as add or remove columns in Settings - Manage Filters.
You can create your own filters, a detailed algorithm is described here.
In addition, you can add filters to bookmarks to quickly switch between your favorite filters. To add a filter to bookmarks, click on the corresponding icon to the right of it:

Bookmarks will be available at the top of the list of articles:

To remove a filter from bookmarks, open the filter list and click on the bookmark removal button to the right of the filter:

To the right of the filter list is the search box for articles by keywords in the title:

In the upper right corner of the list of articles is the add new article button:

The list of articles contains the following columns:
#Article Number - assigned automatically.
Title - name of the article. Clicking on the number or title takes you to the article page to view and/or edit it.
Status - status of the article. Article statuses can be: draft, unverified, verified, published, archived. Status can be changed on the article page.
Author - responsible for the article. Can be changed on the article page.
Requests (total) - number of requests attached to the article. These requests can be seen in the right part of the article page.
Most columns have the option to sort using the icon next to the column name:

You can sort by multiple columns at once. To do this, click the sort button in the first column of interest, then press Ctrl (on Windows) or Command (on MacOS) and, without releasing, click the sort button on another column. The first sort will remain the main one, and within it, the same indicators will be sorted by the second sort.
When applying the 'All My Articles' filter, the 'AQI' and 'FCR' columns are added to the list:

AQI (Article Quality Index) - article quality index.
FCR (First Call Resolution) - percentage of requests attached to an article and resolved in the reporting period with a single first response, without the need to write again, relative to the total number of resolved requests.
In the footer of the list of articles, you can see the total number of filtered articles, the setting for the number of elements (articles) per page, as well as pagination (switching between list pages if the list is spread across multiple pages):
