#2010: Is it possible to support the hierarchy 'head client → legal entities → outlets' with several types of access?

Отредактирована: сегодня

Question

Is it possible to support the hierarchy 'head client → legal entities → outlets' with several types of access?

Answer

This structure can be reflected in Swarmica data, but there is currently no built-in nested hierarchy of companies with automatic inheritance of rights.

The head company, legal entities, and outlets can be considered as separate companies. The relationship between them and the affiliation of the application to a legal entity or outlet are recorded in additional fields and used for reporting.

To control a specific application, a representative of the head client, legal entity, or outlet can be added to the CC: they will receive public correspondence. The 'Client Administrator' role grants access to applications of users from the same company.

This does not automatically allow a manager to see all applications of subordinate companies in their personal account. Reports for such a structure are generated by a user with the 'Manager' role or higher. If several levels of client access with rights inheritance are needed, the standard model does not fully cover this scenario.
