Answer

Within a single installation, teams can use different groups, processing rules, and work views. At the same time, requests use a shared model of additional fields and system statuses, and agents do not have a strict restriction on viewing requests from other groups.

Therefore, the division into groups organizes the work of teams but does not provide complete isolation of their data and settings. If data independence, access, and configuration are required, we recommend separate Swarmica installations.
