Is there confirmation of delivery of the outgoing message and a read receipt?

Answer

In all channels, the agent sees that the outgoing message has been sent. For mail and BILLmanager, technical sending is additionally checked on the server side: whether the mail server or API worked successfully. Standard sending ticks are used in messengers.

Technical sending in itself does not confirm that the recipient has read the message.
