There are no restrictions on the number and size of articles in Swarmica. A base of about 2500 articles is an average volume. Both regular search and neurosearch are available for search.

For the convenience of people and effective AI operation, we recommend following the KCS methodology: one article describes one situation, its symptoms, cause, and solution. Use a single template and create separate articles for separate situations.

This structure helps to provide more accurate solutions to clients manually and automatically, as well as analyze recurring situations and trends in product-related issues.
