Is it possible to export data directly from the report builder in multiple formats?

Answer

Yes. Report builder results can be exported in CSV and XLS for further data processing. On the builder page, this export is described separately from the ticket list export.

The ticket list has its own export to Excel, CSV, and JSON. These two mechanisms should not be confused: the JSON format for the list does not mean that it is available for the report builder result as well.
