Swarmica provides tools for different management levels. For operational work, you can use ticket filters and views, and for employee performance analysis — general and personal analytics.

For strategic management, we recommend the KCS dashboard. It presents support service development stages and high-level metrics with target values for the respective stages.

From high-level indicators, you can go to more detailed metrics, then to the team level or specific employees to make tactical decisions.
