#213: Link Accuracy Control

Отредактирована: сегодня

In this section, you can see a detailed analysis of the number of verifiable «article-ticket» links at different stages: checked and unchecked, as well as their percentage ratio.

You can configure the accuracy criteria for link verification in the settings under «Manage Link Accuracy Criteria».

Main Indicators of Link Accuracy Control

At the top of the page, there are blocks with the main indicators of link accuracy control.

Verifiers - the number of employees assigned as verifiers. By clicking on «Verifiers», you can access the Settings - Manage Employees section, where you can assign or reassign verifiers.

Total for review - the number of links sent for review in the past week. If any links were not checked during the week, they are summed up with the links sent for review in the new week.

The selection of links for review occurs automatically every week on Sundays at midnight UTC.

Remaining to check - the number of links sent for review but not checked at the moment.

Review progress - the percentage of links checked in the past week to the total number of links sent for review in the past week.

List of Verifiers

Below the main indicators, there is a list of verifiers and individual indicators for each verifier. The list is shown in the form of a table with the following columns.

Assigned - the number of links assigned to the verifier in the past week.

Pending review - the number of links assigned to the verifier but not yet checked.

Checked - the number of links checked by the employee in the past week.

Progress - the percentage of links checked in the past week to the total number of links sent for review in the past week.

In the footer below the list, there is a button «Redistribute workload»:

It allows you to evenly distribute the remaining links for review among the verifiers.

Verifier's page

By clicking on the verifier's name in the list of verifiers, you can access the verifier's page with their personal characteristics:

At the top of the page, there are blocks with personal indicators.

Remaining to check - the number of links sent for review but not checked at the moment.

Checked - the number of links checked in the past week.

Challenged - the percentage of checked links that have been appealed to the total number of checked links.

The list of links requiring review is presented in the form of a table with the following columns:

Event - the name of the link with the IDs of the ticket and article. By clicking on the event, you can go to the page to assess the link accuracy.

Creation date - the date the link was created, i.e., the date the specified article was attached to the specified ticket.

Ticket - the title of the ticket participating in the link. By clicking on it, you can go to the Ticket page.

Verifiable - the employee who attached the article to the ticket.

Article - the title of the article participating in the link. By clicking on it, you can go to the page with the article.

At the bottom of the page, the total number of links is indicated, along with the option to choose the number of visible links per page and pagination if there are more links for review than can fit on one page.

The principle of checking link accuracy can be seen in a separate article.**

Page of the Verifiable

Verification results are sent to the verifiable by email. In addition, the verifiable agent can disagree with the received assessment and file an appeal. To view and challenge the assessments, they need to go to the «Quality Control» section and select «Link Accuracy Control»:

A list of checked links will open:

By clicking on the link title, a page with the result of checking the link for each criterion opens:

Next to the «No» answer, the verifier can leave an expandable comment:

The agent can file an appeal by writing a comment in response to a negative assessment. After that, the article assessment acquires the status of disputed and moves to the «Content Quality Control» section in disputed assessments:

The agent will receive notifications about all responses to appeals. The verifier can write a new comment in response or change the assessment, agreeing with the appeal.
