<h1>Additional Blocks on the Ticket Screen</h1>
<p>In addition to the standard elements of the ticket screen, Swarmica provides optional blocks. They help teams manage assets, track work time, connect requests with external systems, and add specialized information to a ticket.</p>
<p>The list below contains the available block types. Each item links to a detailed article when one is available.</p>
<h2>Available block types</h2>

<h2>Feature flags for enabling blocks</h2>
<p>To enable a block, activate the corresponding feature flag in the Swarmica configuration. <h2>Example configuration</h2>
<p>Add the required flags to the <code>FEATURES</code> variable in <code>/root/swarmica/.env</code>. Separate flags with commas and do not add spaces. For example:</p>

<h2>Important</h2><ul><li>Feature availability depends on the license. A feature flag alone is not enough if the feature is not included in the license.</li><li>This article uses the name “External tickets”. Older materials may call the same block “outgoing tickets”.</li></ul>
