Solution

1. Log in to the client's account at Clients > Users > Phone_Number@WHATSAPP

2. Set the role to Client Administrator

3. Set a password:

   

After this, the client can log in with:

Login: Phone_Number@WHATSAPP
Password: The one set for them above
