Symptoms

Messages are not delivered in Whatsapp - no ticket is created, no response is added to the ticket/chat

In the logs docker logs -f swarmica-whatsapp_green-1 error:

Request was failed with status code: 400. Data: Message cannot be received because custom webhook url is set. Go to cabinet, clear webhook url for instance: XXXXXXXXXX and wait for about 1 minute for another attempt

Solution

1. Go to https://console.green-api.com/app/api/setSettings
2. Save empty fields:

The integration is designed for a standard webhook, messages from Whatsapp will not reach Swarmica with a custom webhook.
