#407: Connecting Mango Office
Отредактирована: сегодняIMPORTANT! For correct data exchange with the Mango server, Swarmica must be accessible by domain name via HTTPS from the external Internet network.
What does the connection provide?
- An incoming call creates a user 7XXXXXXXXXX@PHONE
- A ticket is created from this user
- After the conversation ends, the call recording is added to the ticket
Instructions for connecting
Connecting your Mango Office account to Swarmica will allow you to transfer information about calls and recorded calls to Swarmica. Information will be transmitted in the form of a request to the corresponding section. The request contains the phone number and a recording of the conversation, if you have this option enabled in Mango. A request from Mango can be attached to a client, and you can also add various internal comments to it.
