Symptoms

I want to connect the Knowledge Base in Telegram, so that users can search for articles before creating a ticket.

Solution

1. Go to the BotFather bot constructor
2. Run the command /my bots, select the required bot name, then Bot Settings and then Menu Button.
3. Click Configure menu button.
4. Send the bot the URL that the user will go to after clicking the button. For example, https://support.swarmica.com/help
5. Enter the name of the button to replace the default name 'Knowledge Base'.
